Hey guys,

I've noticed recently you guys have been very active in updating the website with new products. Well done!

However, if I could make one suggestion... leave the out-of-stock items on your website. At least that way people can see what other options you have available, and if it's not in stock, at least people know specifically what item to ask you guys about.

Maybe a little blurb in a prominent place saying:

"Although we may not have some items in stock, we regularly place orders with our oversease suppliers to restock any of the items you see here. Please send us an email, drop in, or call, if there's something specific you are after - who knows you might find we've only just got another shipment in, and haven't had time to update the website!"

Maybe a ticker option on the website front page that you update when new shipments arrive with something like:

"NEW SRC SHIPMENT ARRIVED, ITEMS BEING PROCESSED"

or maybe even advise when new shipments are sitting in customs waiting to be in-store

"NEW SRC SHIPMENT LANDED, AT CUSTOMS, SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN THE WEEK!"

This would prevent people going elsewhere, knowing something might be due locally.

At the moment, with my club-mates in Hawkes Bay, I'm the one texting and messaging them as soon as I know something about new stuff coming into ASGC... It would be great to be able to just point them at the website, instead of relaying information I get from emails or private messages.
